5.2 Bonus Abuse

Abusing the bonus system — such as using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or repeatedly opening new accounts under the name of the same family member — will result in the relevant accounts being cancelled and the bonuses being forfeited if detected.

6. VIP Program

The 399 bad VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback on the week's net losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback on the week's net losses.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback on the week's net losses.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback on the week's net losses.

Cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the week's total net loss (total losses minus total winnings). For example, a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback. The cashback amount is added to the account automatically.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Rules

For sports betting, casino, and live casino games on 399 bad, the respective game provider's own rules also apply. If a technical error causes an irregular result in any game, the decision of 399 bad's management is final.

7.2 Right to Cancel Bets

399 bad may cancel bets accepted due to clearly incorrect odds or system errors, in which case the original stake will be refunded. Intentional odds exploitation (arbitrage) or using software to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

7.3 Sports Betting

Bet outcomes for cricket, football, and other sports are determined based on official scorecards and results. If a match is cancelled or suspended, 399 bad's policy on the outcome of that bet will apply.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 399 bad:

399 bad is not liable for service disruptions caused by external circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events.

14. Mobile Application
